The program blends the latest FDA Food Code, food safety practices, and years of food sanitation training experience. Managers learn to implement food safety practices and create awareness for food safety. The certification exam is delivered immediately following completion of class by a registered proctor. Pre payment is not required.

About Instructor
Time flies when you're having fun. I have been teaching the class every other week for 13+ years and we still have fun with it. In 2022 after retiring MTI Business Solutions and closing that classroom I started traveling to my client’s franchise locations in Mobile, Baldwin and Escambia, FL.
The new process branched off into helping individuals who also needed the certification with a individual or small group schedule. Ironically in just a brief period I have notice the participants more focused and less stressed knowing they have their own personal tutor so to speak.
We enjoy the class, and we always have a laugh. The restaurant industry is a culture of uniqueness and diversity which teaching is an adventure. And I say that with love!
