Join us for this one-day food protection manager course being hosted by Strick's Place. The program blends the latest FDA Food Code, food safety practices, and years of food sanitation training experience. Managers learn to implement food safety practices and create awareness for food safety. The certification exam is delivered immediately following the completion of class by a registered proctor.

About the Program:

The program offers comprehensive food safety training and exams for food service managers. Upon completion of the training and testing requirements, students can earn the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification, which is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP).

Participant Limits:

The host site is limited to a total of 15 participants for the session.


The cost for course and exam $110.00 per person, payable on the day of the meeting with cash or check. This will be a group event and qualifies for a group rate. For your convenience, we also accept credit card payments which a link for payment can be provided via email.


All participants must have an electronic device capable of connecting to the internet. We can use the host location's internet connection, so devices such as phones, laptops, or tablets are suitable. The exam is proctored and delivered digitally, allowing participants to access their certificate on the same day if all requirements are met.


Randall has been teaching the Food Protection class every other week for 13+ years and we still have fun with it. In 2022 after retiring from MTI Business Solutions and closing the classroom he started traveling to client locations in Pascagoula, MS., Mobile, Baldwin, and Pensacola, FL.

Randy possesses extensive expertise in personality profiling, particularly in the areas of employee communication, management-to-employee dynamics, and organizational leadership interactions.

He holds certifications as a trainer for Everything DiSC™, The 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™, and ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Instructor. With over 25 years of experience in adult, corporate, and continuing education, Randy is frequently invited to speak at development conferences and other professional associations.
